Al Truistic’s Beer Bread Bakery creates delicious breads using Craft Brewers Ales, Beers and Gruits.  Breads created so far include; Green Apple Pilsner Bread, Chipotle Raspberry Wheat Beer bread, Spicy Parmesan IPA bread, Peppercorn Parmesan Black IPA bread, Honey Garlic Amber, Golden or Cream Ale bread and Cheddar Onion Oregano APA bread.  There are breads still in the experimental stage including seasonals such as a Maple Ale bread and Bog Water Gruit bread.

A portion of the proceeds of sales are directed to Ontario Parents Advocating for Children with Cancer, a provincial charity owner Dave has volunteered with for more than 15 years.
