British Baking at its Best!

My Name is Michelle and im originally from the UK but now based in Wasaga Beach. What started off as a hobby back home nearly 6 years ago and then went onto be a part time business brings me to where i am today. My skills are in creating a work of art with sugar! Trained at Bonnie Gordon Confectionary School in Toronto passing with Honours, and back home in the UK with private lessons and attending sugar art at college has given me the skill set to achieve beautiful custom cakes and cupcakes.
