Kristina Parker has over 18 years experience as a dental hygienist, and 2 years of teaching dental hygiene at Georgian College. She has been educating children in public schools on healthy oral habits and proper oral care, as well as offering sports guard clinics at various sports facilities in the Barrie area. In 2013 she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Oral Health Promotion. She brings to this practice knowledge, compassion, understanding and the promise to treat each patient with dignity and respect. In April 2014 she launched her independent dental hygiene practice here in Barrie. It has been since 2007 that dental hygienists have been able to practice without a dentist but many people are unaware of what opportunities this change can bring to themselves and to the community.
