Achieving Wellness With Healthy Habits is based on the world-renowned Beyond Addiction program created by Sat Dharam Kaur, ND. It encompasses specific discussion and Kundalini Yoga techniques to liberate brain and physiological patterns that hinder you from living the life you want.

Kundalini Yoga is a unique mind-body approach that guides you deeper to explore and address the root cause of obstacles, allowing you to flow in life and fulfill your goals.

Weekly classes will include discussion of principles of the mind, Kundalini Yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques to create inner shifts that:

  • Encourage healthy thought patterns and behaviours that nourish mind, body and spirit
  • Strengthen your immune, glandular and nervous systems
  • Promote stress reduction and grounding

When: Mondays from 7:30-9pm on March 14, 21, April 4 & 11.
