GARBAGE COLLECTION

  • Barrie – NO garbage collection; collection will be a day late this week
  • Orillia – NO garbage collection; collection will be a day late this week
  • Simcoe County – regular garbage collection day for areas serviced by Simcoe County

PUBLIC TRANSIT

  • Barrie Sunday schedule; Barrie Transit also offering a free Kempenfest shuttle service from August 4 to August 7 to service the festival
  • Bradford No service
  • Clearview No service
  • Collingwood Colltrans No in-town service; Blue Mountain Town Link will offer service under normal operating hours

Reminder: Fireworks are not permitted in the City of Barrie on Civic Holiday weekend
Fireworks can only be set off on the following (single calendar) days: Victoria Day, Canada Day, New Year’s Day, and for the duration of the recognized Lunar New Year and Diwali holidays, as per the Regulatory Matters by-law.
