WE’RE (STILL) HERE TO PROMOTE YOUR COMMUNITY EVENTS!
After 17 years of building meaningful relationships in communities and supporting the success of your events, we’re excited to announce that snapd has evolved to Neighbur. Our new interactive app and magazine platform is designed to connect people to neighbourhood events empowering them to easily find, engage and experience what they’re looking for. It’s everything you loved about snapd, plus so much more!
Here are some simple steps to get you going…
1. Visit Neighbur.com and create an account to start submitting your events. This process is now faster and easier than ever! Please note, we require an image to better showcase your events on the platform.
2. Download the Neighbur app to submit pictures at your event and get your guests submitting images to share as well!
3. Consider adding Neighbur Ticketing when you submit your event to sell tickets and manage attendance. There is no cost for this service and you will have Neighbur’s PR power and live support to help promote it.
One last thing… if you have already submitted an upcoming event to snapd, please enter it into the Neighbur platform so that we can ensure it is shared with the community. If you’ve entered several events and need help, simply click here to email us with your contact info and we will gladly assist.

Patricia is the Business Mentor and owner of Grow Vantage and a Past President of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. She applies over 30 years of business experience (from start-up to corporate) to mentor entrepreneurs. Since 2011, she has held over 6,500 coaching and training sessions in-person and online. Through Ask For Directions Training, her entrepreneurial training program (and parent company Grow Vantage), and as a business coach, she works with start-ups who are new (or who have lost traction) to design, launch and grow their businesses. Along with 20 other expert instructors she teaches strategies in marketing, sales, communications, and finance, as well as practical techniques to increase productivity, and manage their businesses.
