As in-person learning resumes in all remaining Public Health Units, including Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, the safety of students & staff remains our top priority. The reopening incorporates new safety measures, & is supported by the Chief Medical Officer of Health & local Medical Officers of Health.

COVID-19 has been a difficult time for college and university students, especially on their mental health. That’s why we’re investing an additional $7 million to help students access the mental health supports and services they need.

|Ontario Expanding Supports for Families of Children with Autism|
The Ontario government is moving forward with the implementation of the new needs-based Ontario Autism Program by launching core clinical services. Starting in March, the province will begin offering core clinical services based on a child’s individual needs.
